We’re excited to style your next look. To ensure a seamless, high-vibe experience for everyone in the studio, please review our house rules before locking in your appointment.
Deposit Policy: A $10 deposit will be charged at the time of booking to secure your slot. The remaining balance of your service can be paid on-site at the studio.
Failing to meet the requirements below may result in the cancellation of your session and the loss of your deposit.
Studio & Guest Policy

Solo Appointments: To maintain focus and a calm environment, we do not allow extra guests in the piercing room.

Minors (Under 16): Minors being pierced must be accompanied by exactly one legal guardian inside the room.

Children in the Studio: For safety and the consideration of other clients, please do not bring children who cannot sit unattended in the waiting room without causing a disturbance. If a child cannot be safely left unattended, we will not be able to perform your service.

Group Bookings: Booking for more than one person? You must create a separate, individual appointment for each person. Additional walk-ins brought along will be turned away.
ID & Health Requirements

Valid Photo ID: You must bring a valid photo ID to your appointment. No ID, no piercing.

Nasal & Oral Services: If you are booking a nasal or oral piercing, you must provide evidence of vaccination at check-in.

Under 16 Requirements: Minors have different, much stricter ID and guardian requirements. Make sure you familiarise yourself with them before booking.
Timing & Attendance

Be On Time: We run a tight schedule. If you are running late, we may not be able to accommodate you. Please notify us the second you know your plans have changed or if you cannot make it.

Need Extra Time? If you feel you need a little more time for your session, simply tell us so we can adjust our schedule and quote you accordingly.
