Every piece you order with MAINE+MARA is handmade especially for you and therefore we ask for 3-6 days to be able to process your order. Sometimes your order will be quicker because we have stock already made in which case you will receive your dispatch notification email quicker than anticipated.
All orders are shipped using Australia Post. Standard delivery is FREE for Australia Wide on orders over $99, and international orders over $200. Express post next day delivery will incur additional charges, depending on the total weight of the order. Please contact us if you require a next day delivery.
Delivery Timeframe
Standard Delivery Times: our estimated standard delivery times from when an order is placed are below. Please note, the following information is indicative only – delivery times may vary due to high volumes. Some exceptions apply (e.g. pre-orders, or products made to order) in which case this is highlighted on the relevant product page.
- For metro Sydney you should receive your order within 2-5 business from when your order is placed
- For metro Melbourne, Canberra and Adelaide 3-6 business days
- For regional NSW 5-7 business days
- For metro Brisbane and Tasmania 5-7 business days
- For metro Perth you should receive your order within 6-9 business days
- For regional areas outside NSW please allow 7-11 business days (the orders are shipped from Sydney so allow more time if you’re in WA, NT, or far North Queensland
- For international orders you should receive your order within 10-21 business from when your order is placed.
Delivery Method
Delivery is a door to door service. We can deliver to residential addresses, business addresses and PO boxes. When shipping to a business address please ensure that you specify the business name. If you are not present when delivery takes place a postal card will be left with instructions for re-delivery or pickup at a later time from the Post Office. You can leave instruction to leave your parcel in a safe place (in the comments box in the cart) however please note by doing you take responsibility should the order go missing after it is delivered.
Large orders + Wholesale Delivery
As all our products are handmade, please allow 4-6 weeks from the time of your order for the making of and packing of items. Should you require your order sooner please specify your desired delivery date and we will confirm upon receipt if we are able to meet your timings. Larger orders may require more time; please contact us for information about availability of materials and stock.
